I am studying Civil Engineering in University College of Engineering Osmania University. This college was established in 1917. Osmania University is named after its founder, Nawab Osman ali khan; he is one of the seventh nizam of Hyderabad. The college was declared autonomous by the university in 1994. The university is accredited by NAAC with A grade. Throughout its existence of over ten decades. It has shown remarkable progress and sustained an integrated development of facilities. It has significantly contributed to the academic and economic development. Highest packages offered in this college are INR 24 LPA. OU is such an excellent college, holds good placement record.

In my view Osmania University is like a place where you can learn anything you wanted to learn, be it academic or be it your other targets. There are plenty of resources in this college which you can climb up your ladder. It is one of the top public universities in Hyderabad. I am studying Civil Engineering, and I am very interested to research on civil engineering projects. The college is really good as the syllabus is well planned. The quality of teaching also very good.

In this college faculty is very much interactive and engaging with accurate information. Faculty members will help a lot for students; they are well qualified and knowledgeable. The faculties are well qualified and educated. Semester exams are easy to write and depend on the way you practice. They constantly talk about additional courses to help us become a skilled, obtain good experience.

It has excellent facilities and well-equipped infrastructure. The college infrastructure is of good standard. The classrooms are well maintained and spacious also. Infrastructure is good and suitable for the course. We have the best labs with good equipment, spacious classrooms, and the best library and free Wi-Fi for students.

Campus is very neat and with huge playground it's located in tarnaka. This is best for co-curricular activities, and we have NSS unit. The students are friendly and very loyal. It is a green campus with refreshment zones for students. There are various fests that are conducted. The campus is nearly 16000 acres with 3lakh students making it the highest education system in India. This college has such an amazing campus is fully covered with greenery. Such beautiful campus with neat environment.
