My Campus Life at this college

Overall Rating
First of all, the college is located between the hills, so you'll get good environment there. Moreover, the faculties are good and experienced. Various sports activities and fests are also conducted from time to time. So, student will remain indulged in fruitful and good activities. I think others should also opt for that college as it also provides placement opportunities and on the top of that it's the government college so there's always a respect factor associated with it.
 

Academics Rating
I opted for B.Tech Chemical Engineering there. For admission in any particular course, you'll need a valid JEE Mains Scorecard and after counseling you'll get seat based on your state rank. My motive for enrolling in the course was to get good exposure and learning experience. The college provides courses in various disciplines like Chemical, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, CSE etc.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are good. They are passed out from the reputed colleges like IITs and NITs. The faculties are highly knowledgeable. The style of their teaching is unique by relating with real life examples. Most of the faculties have experience of more than 15+ years. So, in terms of faculties the college is very good.
 

Placement Rating
2-3 years before the placements were not that good in the college. But now they had improved a lot. College also contains a Placement Cell which brings various big companies in the college like TCS, Wipro etc. in my batch almost 90% students were placed, and rest opted for higher studies.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the college does have residential facilities. The college contains separate hostel for both boys and girls. There are about 5 hostels of boys and 3 hostels of girls in the campus. But there is one cons and that is the quality of food in hostel. The quality of food in hostel is not that good. Yes, students can do recreational activities by playing cricket, basketball, etc.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college consists of various departments and blocks of different branches. The institute consists of labs, Central Library, Multi-Purpose Hall in which various events are conducted. Also, the institute consists of a Central Park and a playground in which students can plays sports and remains physically fit. The campus also consists of Gym and canteens.
 

Campus Rating
Overall, the campus life in Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology was good. We learned about lot of things. Various fests are also conducted in college like sports fest "SPARDHA", annual fest "SCINTILLA" and other cultural events. There are also various clubs like "SAVI" and many more. In my humble opinion campus life in college is good and anyone can come and enjoy best 4 years of life here.
