My views about GH Raisoni Nagpur

Overall Rating
Over-all experience of college is good for me and my friends. The college is one of the best colleges in Nagpur and they provide a top-quality education and placement in their campus. And beside this they also have extra curriculum like sports and various activities for entertainment. Visit the campus and you will love it.
 

Academics Rating
There are many courses offered in our college, but I will talk about the engineering or the BE course which I am pursuing in this college. The quality of teaching is good, eligibility is you should score at least 60% in 10th and 12th standard through CBSE or your state board and meet the criteria of MHTCET for the admission process. Admissions are done on the basis of cap round or management admission.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty are well educated; some have completed Ph.D in the course. Some have done masters. And faculty is friendly with students and is very helpful when needed. The teaching style of majority of faculty is done with the help of projector and sometimes with the use of board. They store PDFs and PPT related to the topics and provides it to us in Google classroom.
 

Placement Rating
Placement Cell is present in the college. If you have doubt about anything you can visit the placement cell regarding placements. Placement cells try to help each and every student to get placed in their dream company. They help student to build them in such a way that they crack any aptitude test of the company. Many big companies like JP Morgan visit the campus.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes. College provides with hostel facility. The infrastructure of hostel is way too good as compared to other colleges in Nagpur city. Food and breakfast are included in the price of hostel. The cost of living in the hostel varies from your selection that you want to live in AC or non-AC rooms etc. Warden is present in the hostel. 24hrw electricity is present as well as good water for drinking.
 

Infrastructure Rating
G.H. Raisoni college is known for its infrastructure and campus. College has different blocks for different departments. Campus is secured with security guards who are present there; a good parking space is also present in the college. Structure of college is a unique structure and there are different blocks and building for different departments.
 

Campus Rating
G.H. Raisoni college provide a good campus life for the students, it not only provides education, but extra curriculum activities. Like sports and Antaragini fest. The college is known for calling celebrities for promotion and singing stars like Salman Ali (last year). Akshay Kumar and Imran Hashmi also visited college last year. There are different clubs and fest and engagement activities going throughout the year.

    G H Raisoni Institute of Engineering & Technology is located in Nagpur and is the second best engineering colleges in Nagpur after VNIT. My college is ranked 67th by the NAAC when I passed out, i.e. in the year 2017. The best thing of this college is it Autonomous and thus has a great faculty.
