Till now overall experience at the institute is very nice. I have chosen this institute because it is the best in the city for many reasons like for example it is best in academics, extra curriculum activities, sports and also has best infrastructure and college life. Initially it was affiliated to GTU but after being converted to SCET University it has updated many things which mainly includes course which is updated according to the industry requirement. I would recommend this college if you were looking for best B.Tech college.

Course curriculum is best with both practical and theoretical knowledge. Entry requirement includes score above cutoff in ACPC and GUJCET and also PCM subjects in 12th grade. Sole motive of mine in enrolling in this program is because of immense interest and curiosity in the technology field. Course is designed as per Industry needs.

Faculty is well knowledgeable, highly experienced in their field of interest. Many of them hold Ph.Ds from IITs, NITs in their domains and some are pursuing Ph.D. Their teaching style is unique and beyond traditional methods which include group-based projects, sometimes they conduct class discussions on some topic, case study and so on. They guide and encourage students in research work.

Yes, there is a Placement Cell in the college, and it really helps student’s gets jobs in the industry. Highest package of college is around 12 lacs per annum, average around 5 LPA and lowest around 2-3 LPA.

Infrastructure of the college is best and with full of greenery surrounding it. There are many academic blocks like BCA, MCA, Chemical Engineering, IT, ECE, Electrical and so on. Departmental infrastructure looks new and amenities in the classroom includes projector, white and black board and has old fashioned sitting benches. Every department has its own library and reading area.

Campus life of the college is full of energetic people. Crowd of the college is enthusiastic and participate in every events. Cultural fest named Verve is conducted once in year around the month of March- April and technical fest is conducted around the month of October. Clubs in college are Dance, Drama, Music, Literature, Coding club, Google student developer club, and IEEE club.
