Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith B.Com Review By Kritika Didwania

It's been 7 yrs almost since I passed and still I cherish those memories. At my time we did study but playing and chilling in the campus was mandatory. The campus is huge lush green, student union facilities, strict rules. I completed my B.Com from there and trust me those 3yrs were amazing. I had so much fun and above all the professors and teaching facility is good to they paid attention to all the queries and if you are someone who is interested in leadership then this college is an opportunity for you. We also had fests, placements committee and most importantly the fees is fairly low even now too I can keep on writing about my college. But overall it's a decent college and consider yourself lucky if you get selected. The admission process is simple you need to give an entrance and based on that you are selected. The college management is highly supportive you don't need to worry about anything.

I enrolled in the B.Com (Hons.) as I always had a keen interest in accounting they release their form in the April - May month and accordingly they select. I am doing a job in MNC currently and I feel the concept I learnt that time are still useful to me. And I think that this is the best thing I did to have enrolled myself in this.

In every subject the university holds 4-5 teachers so even if you don't understand a concept from one there are always other teachers to help. Overall faculties were 100-150. A degree of B.Ed and PhD is required and the teachers were also very engaging and every teacher had something or other we can learn.

The placement committee is well coordinated you can grab a package of Rs. 4-5 lacs and that time the highest offer was of Rs. 5 lac I remember which is okay as you are a fresher so you can't expect more than this doing a bachelor's from a good college. And there is 100% placement in the campus.

Hostel facility is great some of my friends stayed there and according to them it's good the mess food is okayish as you can't get paneer everyday but it's clean and hygienic the hostel fees is 30k around per year including everything and quality of food at mess is good too. Timely food is provided. Security of girls is prime for them and other amenities washroom and everything is good.

The university is in acres bigger than one can imagine it's the pride of Varanasi. The classroom are neat clean and maintained yesterday only I visited my campus and relived those moments. You get all medical facilities.

The campus is the best. You get every facility and being a part of alumni committee I learnt a lot of things and here in my company I have few contacts of Vidyapeeth so where ever you go you will find some students of this college. The fests were celebrated with great pomp and show and recalling my college days and writing a paragraph is making me emotional as I feel I had the best college life.
