Model College is managed by Kerala Samajam which is very efficient having good teaching staff. The management has strict rules for the faculty as well as for students due to which no one will think to break the laws of the college. The college ranks 1st in Dombivli because of the management and the growth in the administration. As a student, I was taken very good care in relation to studies and the growth. The management not only considers academic growth of their students but also encourages for extracurricular activities. As a student, the college campus interviews helped me to gain confidence.

I joined the college for qualifying myself as a commerce graduate. The good teaching staff and the guidance from them routed me to take admission for my CA certification. Our teachers always show the right path apart from teaching their subjects. Their guidance was always helpful for us. They always guided us what all entrance exams we should attend and how it will be helpful for us. Though the college follows strict rules, now I understand how much it has helped me today.

The faculties have their specialization in their field and have many years of experience. The teachers in this college are not here just to teach the subject, they take utmost care of their students and share knowledge and their experiences with the students so that in future after the college how to deal with the circumstances. They were always as our guardians and hats-off for their patience in making the human being today I am.

Companies like Accenture, Infosys have their campus interviews in our college and brilliant students got a starting package of Rs. 3 lakhs as a first go. Our college has always tried to tie-up with the best companies for their students and I am very thankful though I opted for further studies and didn't go with the college campus interviews. My colleagues got selected with TCS and many good companies which changed their future.

There is no hostel facility in the college. However, most of the localities only take the admission in the college in and around the city and the college is at the travel distance for the students from Ambernath to Thane and New Mumbai.

Model College has always tried its level best to revamp their college. Initially the college was at small premises but now it took a big space incorporating more streams of studies for their students with more options like Mass Media, Life Science and also with Foreign Language options who are wanting to study languages like German, French. The students are always provided with a huge laboratories giving exposure with the latest technology. The college has always kept itself upgraded with today's standards.

The college has setup a new college building in Kambalpada so that they can incorporate more activities for the students. For human growth they always conduct cultural activities and always encouraged students with Tree Plantations and all. Yearly there were celebrations and cultural programs for the refreshments of their students.
