Reminiscing My Journey at MVJCE Bangalore

Overall Rating
I am from batch 2021 at MVJCE Bangalore. My experience was kind of average. The environment of this college was good. However, it had some strict rules and regulations. I got to study in good environment and professors were so cooperative, but there were only few fests and cultural events. But I chose this institute because of discipline.
 

Academics Rating
The college provides admission in various UG and PG courses. I chose Information Science Engineering and this course was similar to Computer Science Engineering but with a slight difference. My motive to enroll in this program was to gain knowledge about computers as well as Information technology. There was no such eligibility to enter this course as admission was based on 10+2 marks.
 

Faculty Rating
Each and every faculty had their unique style of teaching. Some faculty members were strict and some were kind. They provided study material to the students.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, there was a placement cell in our college. Recently, many students were placed in companies like West Line shipping and Nagravision India Pvt Ltd, etc. and many students got placement high salary like 24 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, there were residential facilities in our college inside college campus. There was one block for girls’ hostel and 2 hostel blocks for boys . Food quality was pretty good. We can roam around the campus after classes. In-timing of girls was 6 in evening. We needed gate pass to go out.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus size of MVJCE Bangalore was compact. The college building had 3 floors and each floor has 2 to 3 department. The structure of college was nice. Classrooms had good seating capacity. During my time, there was one canteen in the campus. Transport facilities were also good. There was well-built auditorium in the campus for academics and other events. However, the college library was huge with plenty of books.
 

Campus Rating
There were plenty of different kinds of clubs like Aakriti, etc. New comers can join any of the clubs by giving auditions. According to me, the campus had enough crowd. In this, college there was NCC, NSS, and sports teams also.

    Overall Rating
    This college has been one of the top colleges in Bangalore and it's mainly top ranked in Aeronautical Engineering. The faculties are best and most of them are Ph.D. Holders. The college’s functions are good and access and functioning to all parts of the college is transparent. The college’s reputation has also been excellent.     MVJ College of engineering is nice in terms of education. Teaching staff is nice and academic is also nice. There is no cultural fest. If you want to enjoy then this college is not nice.     What I personally feel is that our college has very good campus with very calm environment. Teachers are also very cooperative with the non kannadians apart from that our college has very strict environment with respective dressing code.
