Is the only government College in Uttar Pradesh so has a very high reputation in the state and country ranking among the top colleges in the country. It's affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam University but work as a free body due to its monopoly of the only government Architecture College in the state. I got admission by entrance by AKTU entrance examination. The entrance is not very tough but you should have rank below <125 if u want to get admission and you are a general category student. The college management is highly skilled and qualified and they will give you the best of knowledge but you have to work hard too because the faculty is quite strict about the academics.

I joined B.Arch course in 2020. The eligibility criteria here is quite high. There is no age Barrier as I know because 25 year student are also enrolling here. You will have to give AKTU Entrance examination to get here and if you are a general category student do work hard and if you are not from UP you got to have your rank below 100. I personally joined the course because I love aesthetic buildings and architectural views also I like to be creative. The subjects are quite helpful in understanding the fields and the faculty will help to understand them better. Yes you can have job by opening your own firm or in a company either way it's your decision. The course has good value and this college will get you job in no time accounting its credibility.

Personally we have 3 faculty members per subject and there are maybe 50-60 faculty members or maybe more I haven't counted. Faculty members have great knowledge and high experience some of them are teaching for 20+ years. All of them are at least post graduates and PhDs. Yes they are quite well and mind you some of them are very strict.

The placement cell is just not there in the college or in any architecture college. They will provide you 3 months of internship in 4th year which will be good enough for you to get a job. Students passed from here are well known architects and almost all of them have a well to do job.

The hostel is in the campus. One room for 2 students. Separate hostels for girls and boys provided. Hostel fees 21000 excluding mess. Food is good and if you don't find it good just complain and they will be removed. Security is very strict but at the same time friendly and polite. Other faculty members are helping and they will assist you every problem you face.

The college campus is quite small and trust me it doesn't matter because of the pile of work you won't have any time for it. Two college buildings one new and one old one. Library is one of the best in the state. You will get every book related to the course. Its air conditioned and equipped with Amazing gadgets and it's still in the process of expansion. Classrooms are huge with every single facility. Auditorium is good and smart class is there. No such playground but just a small sitting garden and a badminton court. No such thing exist here I guess maybe first aid is all you will have.

Campus life is good. Students here are academically brilliant and friendly yet you will have lots of work and tension because this course needs that so just be prepared for it mentally. Also the course has additional expenditure so be prepared for it too. There are no such things as clubs and all here. But will learn a lot. Activities happen here regularly and exposure and interaction here is good. Fests here happen annually and reputed architects like Charles Correa and Fahad Farooq has come here.
