Overall Rating
Hansraj College New Delhi has high ranking in NIRF. Being one of the top Colleges in India, it offers multiple opportunities and exposure to the students. This College is known for its good study and campus life balance. You will find good crowd here as students here are from every state and even abroad. It is known for its good academics. I chose this College over other top DU Colleges as it has one of the best infrastructures.

Academics Rating
This College is serious about academics. Students have to give CUET exam to get in the College. Coming to my own course B.A (Hons.) History, the curriculum is really good. It gets a little hectic with continuous tests and new subjects introduced by NEP. You will find good support system for competitive exams as well.
The fee of my course at the Hansraj College New Delhi is decent. The College offers scholarships as well & one of the famous scholarship is HRC Merit-Cum-Need Scholarship.

Faculty Rating
Faculties of my course are well versed in their respective fields. Most of them are Ph.D holders, author of books, and have years of experience. They are approachable. They are very serious with academics and sometimes offer no flexibility. There are approximately 80 students in our class so the ratio is good enough and professor usually makes the lectures really interactive by making students engage in discussions and questions.

Placement Rating
The Placement Cell of Hansraj College New Delhi is active. Last year, average package was 9 LPA. The Placement Cell organises seminars and talks to prepare students.

Hostel Rating
Hostels are available for both girls and boys but currently they are being renovated.

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is good. Each classroom is spacious and has AC. The College has elevators, but they are mostly for teachers and PwD students. College has a gym, indoor badminton court, shooting room, medical room, seminar rooms, and a girl’s common room. At the premises of the College, a 3-floored library exists with numerous books. The campus has one auditorium. The entry is through biometric system and the security is really tight. The aesthetic red building of the College is incredibly famous.

Campus Rating
The campus life is vibrant here. You will find a new activity each day in this College. There are many clubs in the College & the organise fun activities as well. The College also organises annual fest and celebrates garba night, Diwali mela & many other festivals. The crowd here is decent & you are most likely to find your people.
