Hansraj College New Delhi Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

There are total three blocks: A, B, and C block, one more block is under construction. The College has a sitting area known as LP and canteen. The College also has food station, Amul, and Nescafe. Overall the infrastructure of campus is top notch. The Library is aesthetic and prettiest one could ever imagine but the auditorium is small. The College also has a sports complex. My favorite place in the whole College is library and it compliments my course too.

Overall campus life is good. Students of this College are also good. The College gives you exposure to learn and grow. They also organise events and annual fests which are quite fun. The books are also there to engage students. The crowd of the College is pretty chill. You will see some people playing guitar in the LP and some dancing near the cafe its pretty fun. College has three academic blocks namely A, B & C. The campus area is considerably big which can accommodate the strength of students studying here. The classrooms are fully air-conditioned having seating capacity of 80 to 100 students per class. College does have a 2 storey library, 3 seminar halls, auditorium and multiple conference halls. College also has indoor Badminton court, a Basketball court, sports ground, etc. The College offers canteen and multiple other hangout spots with 3 cafes and a common area called the LP. My particular favorite is the College canteen as it offers great food and a very chill hangout environment.

Overall campus life is amazing as it offers great diversity of students and teachers from all parts of the country. Also, the crowd of the College is premium, which includes students excelling in all walks of life and still prioritizing their studies. A big part of this great College environment is being formed by the College societies which are active throughout the year, making the College life even more vibrant and full of fun. The College also conducts its annual fest named ‘Confluence’ and it is one of the most looked forward to events of the year, apart from this many seminars and speaker sessions keep taking place on a regular basis in the College. Hansraj College has a small but a beautiful campus. There are 3 different eating places present in the college campus itself. First is the college canteen. It provides different eating and drinking items at a reasonable rate with proper hygiene. The next place is the Mitti cafe it is comparatively expensive than the college canteen but the food is quite tasty and third is the Coca Cola which is present in the LP area it's a kind of snacking area. The classrooms are well furnished with ACs in each classroom which is a great stress reliever during the summers. Library is also having centralised ACs. All the books are available and can be easily issued just with the help of identity card. The college has sports ground and a sports room for playing badminton and table tennis. There are security guards present on all the gates of the college and no-one is allowed without identity card.

Overall the campus life at Hansraj College is quite happening burdened under number of assignments and presentations. There are number of societies present in the college such as ComSoc (the commerce society), 180DC (the consulting society), the E-cell (The Entrepreneurial cell), Oorja (the western dance society), culinary arts (the food society), vintage (the fashion society) and many more so the college provides end number of opportunities through these societies. Various fests and fairs are as well hosted during the Diwali and Holi time. There is a healthy environment and no ragging that takes place in the college campus.Read Full Review
