University of Delhi [DU], New Delhi Delhi NCR was established in the year 1922 as Central University Educational Institute to provide higher education to build a career in the field of Engineering, Management and Humanities. DU is approved by the reputed AICTE and UGC.
The University of Delhi (DU) was established in 1922 as a unitary by the Act of Central Legislative Assembly. The university is approved by UGC and AICTE. The university offers more than 500 programs out of which 200+ programs are NAAC accredited.

The Central Placement Cell (CPC) at the university aims to provide employment opportunities to the students in reputed multinational organisations, private sector, NGO’s, and government organisations. CPC was initiated by DU to change the socio economic scenario in the country wherein new opportunities are emerging in different specialisations. This platform enables the students to develop their skills and perform to the best of their abilities for a better future. In the pre placement process, students are required to go through placement presentation, placement talks, and slot allocation. On-Campus Recruitment and Off-Campus Recruitment is organised for students. The selection of the students is based on written tests, group discussions, or personal interviews. Based on the performance of students in several parameters, they are provided with a job offer.
The campus of DU is located in a green area of 69 acres. There are different campuses of University of Delhi like North Campus, South Campus, East Campus, and West Campus.
