Overall Rating
Goenka College is one of the best colleges for commerce in Kolkata. It has the best faculty of teachers and the students of this college are very bright. Every student in Goenka is good at studying. It provides good placement opportunities to its students. It even provides free books to students from financially weaker families.
 

Academics Rating
For getting chance in this college a student must secure at least 60% in 10+2 examination. Usually the cut-off of this college ranges between 90-95%. Reservations are also available for students belonging to SC, ST, and OBC. This college provides many benefits to the students in their future like placement.
 

Faculty Rating
Goenka has the best faculty members and most of them have completed their graduation from Goenka only. They teach in a very friendly and practical manner. All the teachers have high knowledge of their subject. They teach very politely and solve every single doubt of the students. All the teachers belong to the commerce background.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, they provide placement opportunities but it’s not 100%.

Infrastructure Rating
Goenka college has a very good infrastructure. The class rooms are really very big, having a seating capacity of 200 students at a time. It even has an auditorium to conduct any events. One complete floor of the college is for library and it has all the updated collections of book.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is good as the students are very competitive and friendly. Most of the students pursue professional courses like CA, CS, and CMA along with graduation. It motivates other students to dream big and work hard to achieve it. Every month some fest is organised like college fest, sports, debates, etc.

    Goenka is a brand name; this has been rumored in all over the Kolkata. But the truth is completely opposite it has nothing special about it and the placements are not good. College premises and campus is just too small. Like the campus can't even occupy 200 students at once. Though the classrooms are quite big and occupy the number of students allotted to that class.
