Over the period of one and half year, this college has provided experiences which I will cherish in my entire life. The college has a much diversified crowd from different parts of the country. It has a really big campus compared to other Delhi University colleges. It offers various opportunities for the development of the student. The college has a descent free structure along with scholarship opportunities. Overall my decision to join Dyal Singh college has been really worth it. Waiting for more such beautiful memories the rest of my college life.

The basic requirement to gain an admission n this college is to obtain good marks in CUET exam. For a person who belongs to minority, getting admission in this college or any Delhi University college is even easier because the marks required for entry for such students is really low. One can get admission even if his marks are close to 300-350. Particularly for my course the required marks is 450+. The main motive for me to join this college is that it is one of the most reputed colleges in Delhi University and provides good learning environment for the respective course.

The teaching and non teaching staff of the college is really helpful. The teaching staffs have great knowledge of the domain and the teaching methodology is really good. Doubts or any issues related to the academics are solved at the earliest. There may be few flaws in the teaching pattern but it’s natural in very educational institutions.

The college provides on-campus placement opportunities for those with the necessary skills. It also provides internship opportunities for second year and third year students The college has a placement cell of its own known as The Placement Cell (TPC) who is responsible for bringing good and well reputed companies to the campus for placements.

The college doesn't have a hostel of its own but the nearby areas have PG and flats at affordable prices.

The college has a really good infrastructure when it comes the library(air-conditioned), canteen, computer labs, chemistry labs, other science labs All the basic amenities are provided by the college like purified drinking water and toilets for males, females, and also for the disabled The college has a big auditorium along with a seminar hall and amphitheater where all the functions and seminars are organized

The college has huge auditorium, seminar hall and an amphitheater for all its functions It has a college ground, football ground, and a basket ball court as well The college campus is home to various species of birds and trees which makes it a area rich biodiversity The college organizes various inter college events, science fairs, literature fest, etc. Some has entrepreneurship, consulting, singing, dancing, personal development, environment, etc. Some of these societies are Eco-Clubs, Roots, Zest, D-Street, Placement Cell, Entrepreneurship Society (ENSO), 180dc Consulting, Glamoratti, Astitva, Rudra, Jamini, etc.
