Hello, Myself Rishav here. After passing my diploma I got admitted in Calcutta Institute of Technology which is situated in Uluberia, Howrah beside of the NH-6. If you asked about the college in one word I would say it's very different from other engineering colleges where no ragging and no extra pressure of the fame of private colleges. This college is under MAKAUT so every exam or daily classes follow MAKAUT instructions completely. If you came here you can find a Pharmacy college and a school also with it in the campus. So, it's completely full with students every second. You have to love this college without any doubt.

Excellent academic experience I got here. When I admitted in college syllabus is already 1/3rd done. But teachers said us they will help us with the other part of the syllabus which is incomplete for us. And I would say this is the tremendous help from them. They have taken extra classes with online classes in holidays. So, we can do with full syllabus. For every kind of academic problem they are very helpful here.

In Calcutta Institute of Technology the faculties are on the best level. They teach us at their peak level so we can gain the proper knowledge and got succeed with our results. Also same in all the lab classes. They also take extra classes with their simplified handmade notes so we can have proper knowledge in very simplified ways. Very helpful and lovely.

Placement is very good here. Having excellence of more than 20 years in this college companies like tech Mahindra, Capgemini, Accenture, IBM, and mores comes every year for placement. Students got average package of 6-6.5 LPA.

Hostel accommodation is very good here. You can find your classmates here with very good life. Foods are very good. Also every service is undoubtedly very good here.

Infrastructure of every department is very good here. Like the instruments, the accommodation, total infrastructure is very good and useful for students. Academic section is always here for solving the problem of students. Faculty is ready to help students with their studies and students also very helpful to each other. In library you can find a vast amount of books available. They give every subject's books to students for whole semester. Building and sitting accommodation also very good. There is very little amount of sitting benches. But there is a solution, outside of college there is a very good shop from where you can take launch and other foods.

Ah, it's so satisfying to study here. Overall campus gives a very natural view and so quite place. A perfect place for study. In campus there is also a pharmacy college, so place is a perfect combination of engineering and medical life. There is a ground for all kind of sports. Cricket, football, and badminton Court is available. Also in common room there is table tennis and carom. Every year cultural fest is happen here. Band like fossils is performed here. Every year wall magazine published here. Overall a great campus experience you can get.
