IIMT Group of Colleges MBA Review By Nisha Patel

IIMT of Greater Noida is ranked as the largest Educational Group in North India. It is also awarded as the best private Engineering college in Academic fields for three times continuously by the Big Brands. The TIMES has declared the IIMT as the best management college in Uttar Pradesh. It is the huge campus with different departments in every corner of building. Every student is satisfied have a pleasing life within the campus. The best side about the IIMT college is that it has a large ground, and the acceptance rate of the college is also high. This implies that every year, the number of students taking admission increases by at least 20%.

The educator team here in IIMT is good enough to encourage and motivate the students to be devoted towards their studies and gives the best result during the exams.

Most of the students are not pleased with the faculty members as they are not that kind when compared with the other colleges in Greater Noida. They are only bothered about themselves. They only aim to give mugged up lectures in the classroom and there is no doubt discussion done. The students were required to complete the bundle of assessments which made me sick. I used to get tensed due to the pressure made by the faculty members on the students. At last, the students were needed to do it otherwise Internal grading would not be good.

The working of the placement cell is very good. Most of the senior students of IIMT have got placed in the companies with a nice package. The good part of the college is that it organizes the pre-placement training. Number of companies are call on by the college for the placements and most of the students get placed in the good companies. The college also conducts the campus to corporate program which is also known as the C2C program to make the students prepared for the corporate environment. In the C2C program various training and activities are given to the students to make them ready for the industry. The placement rate in our college is about 60%. The highest salary package that was offered to the students is 3 LPA, and the lowest salary package goes to 1.2 LPA, almost every year. The students that are placed in the companies are having the profile of call center.

Living in the hostel of IIMT college would be worst decision of any student. I used to live in the hostel for a year in the starting of my session and when the things got out of my hand, I immediately changed the hostel and started living in the PG. The management of the IIMT college works in a worst way and they did not return me the security money when I was changing the hostel. So, it is advised to ask the college to give it in return that they will be returning the security money. I wasted a lot of money during my stay in the hostel.

Talking about the infrastructure of the IIMT college, it is one of the best looking among all the other colleges in Greater Noida. The college building includes two large grounds and one canteen with good and tasty food but is very expensive. One can find trees in every corner of the college, so it looks green. In the lab for all the subjects, there are all the equipment present which is a good side of the college. The classrooms are airy and air AC are installed.

It is a harsh truth that most of the colleges in Greater Noida are usually the same, so it is suggested to build your own comforts and be a part of the group which have people who shares the same thoughts. For the core branches, the IIMT college does nothing much and the students are required to build a habit of studying daily on their own. There is bad college life or no college life at all. There is a strict uniform code which is needed to be followed or else heavy fine would be imposed on them.
