College was awesome for studies

Overall Rating
I entered the college in 2012 and passed out in 2016 with a job in hand. On an overall basis, this college is one of the fines in terms of academic pursuits. It is counted under the top 5 colleges of Faridabad. Being affiliated with Maharishi Dayanand University, my degree is associated with UGC. If I talk about the management of my college, everything starting from class timings to extracurricular, everything was fantastic. It is none less than any government college of Haryana in terms of facilities. The playground and labs were fantastic.
 

Academics Rating
I joined ECE as I was slightly inclined towards it. I didn't pass any entrance of the college. I just got a seat by paying the fees through the management quota. The reason why joined this course was my passion which led me to do so. Moreover, the overall academics was spectacular. The labs were awesome and the explanation which teachers used to give was remarkable.
 

Faculty Rating
There are various exceptional teachers working there in ECE dept. Among them Rajesh Sir of Microprocessor was the best. On an overall basis, the faculty was fine. There were some teachers who were masters in their respective fields and are GATE exam qualified. Many teachers were doing their PhDs and are thus working on their journals. As far their teaching skill is concerned, that was the main thing the subjects became easier for me. However, some of the teachers were horrible as well as they just crammed the notes and vomited in the class in front of us.
 

Placement Rating
The placement was fine. There were around 20 companies that visited our campus, To name a few HDFC Bank, Hindustan Times are among them. For 2016 batch placements were around 50 percent and some were placed off-campus. The highest package was give to a CS student of around 6 LPA and if we talk about the average package, it was around 2.4 LPA and thus the placement scenario was fine. TPO of the college was reliable and supportive. Anita Bhalla Mam helped a lot while placements.
 

Hostel Rating
I didn't take the hostel facility, but I have heard from my batch mates that it was so so. The food was fine and the warden was supportive.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The whole campus was spread over an area of around 12 acres of land. The greenery makes the whole process cool. There is a huge ground for football and basketball. There are 2 gardens for sitting and recreation. There are 4 buildings of separate departments. The classrooms were good and the whiteboard and marker system is there in the college. The cafeteria and store were also there. There is a photocopy shop for the convenience at the main gate. There were 2 canteens. There was a medical room in the college for taking rest.
 

Campus Rating
Talking on a broader basis, the overall college life was cool. I really enjoyed my life there and would recommend studying there. From time to time competitions and fests make the whole journey more enjoyable and learning. Tech fest was awesome and I even won a prize in it.
