Overall Rating
The institute is overall good. The experience is also smooth and impressive. Because opting this college provides a great scope of opportunities. The main reason for opting this college is the academic and the less fees structure in this range compared to other medical Colleges. Other should go for this college because of these factors.
 

Academics Rating
The course of MBBS is of long duration which consists of 4.5. Year of study and 1 year of mandatory internship which total comprises of 5.5 years. For getting admission in this college for this course, one must clear the NEET examination within the cutoff range of the college; students eligible with the range of the cutoff can get admission into this college after through a series of counseling procedure. The respect and responsibility of a good doctor motivates me.
 

Faculty Rating
The overall faculty members of the teaching are very supportive and encouraging. They use their unique technique for teaching the interesting topics. Also the amount of experience they showed is very useful for us. Most of the faculties have been passed out from this college so they knew much better about the courses also some others faculties have been passed out from some prolific places which add the booster in the knowledge.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, college has their own placement cell in their institute which keeps an eye and record on the students who were being selected at various places. Also many students get job in the college itself by joining junior resident position or tutor. Also college also provide many job opportunities
 

Hostel Rating
Overall hostel Life is much better as compared to other colleges. The infrastructure of the hostel is very beautiful and impressive. Although it was at some distance from the college. Every room is well equipped with air conditioning, fans, tube light and well separated bathroom. Additionally free wi-fi facilities also available for the students. Along with that a sports area is available within the hostel. Mess is also provided. Also this college hostel has several fests and cultural programme throughout the year which is the way for interactions amongst us.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The academic campus blocks is distributed in various places. As the college is situated in very large size of area. Different departments have different building. Also some departments have more than 2 building depending on their strength. Overall infrastructure of the college is very nice and impressive depending on the area they and many were in the queue to be constructed. Some special amenities like bus service, kitchen facilities are also available with the college.
 

Campus Rating
Overall campus Life is fair. Not very interesting not very boring. But the crowd is very large in number as the students of different courses also involved in the activities. There were many clubs in different departments and each of us is the members of their respective clubs and represents them in various occasions. Along with some Nukkad natak, debates, speech and many more other activities are being organised time to time.

    I belong to Bihar there was two college option first one is Katihar Medical college situated in Katihar and another is mata gujri medical college in Kishanganj. I decide to go with first option that is Katihar Medical college.
