I am currently working as an intern at AIIMS JODHPUR. My experience at institute is very good as it has very good academics, extracurricular activities, and very large campus and hospital attached to college and it is at walking distance from hostel. I chose this college because I wanted to become doctor and serve the nation and treat the patients. I am from Rajasthan and so selected this college and it is also a central institute. I recommend others to go for this college because this is very renowned college, government centralised institute, and has very good academics and extracurricular activities. Its tuition fees is also 6000/- for whole course.

Course is MBBS which is 4.5 year+1 year of compulsory rotatory internship. For entering into this college one should clear NEET UG and has to come in under 400 AIR which constitute to about 670-680 marks/720 this is for general category. All 12th pass students who have taken biology are eligible to give NEET UG. According to new guidelines non biology students can also give NEET UG exam. Motive is you will get chance to treat the patients and serve the nation.

Faculty members are very good in their field. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and cooperative. They teach us by slides, in labs by microscope, on patients in clinical postings, and they also clear our doubts. They are very experienced in their field. At least every faculty has done PG in their field and has done various research projects in their field. Their style of teaching is very good and understandable.

Yes we have separate boys and girls hostel. In hostel we have single room connected by a passage to other room. Room contains fan, almirah, table, chair, bed, light, etc. Hostels are cleaned daily. There are common bathroom in boys’ hostel and separate bathrooms for girls in girls’ hostel. Infrastructure is good. We have a library in hostel in which students can study. Recreational activities are various sports like Badminton, Volleyball, Tennis, Football, Chess, Carrom, and Table Tennis. There are swimming pool and gym which is available for students at reasonable prices.

We have separate academic building which has separate departments. There is also centralised AC library in college which contains various course books, PG preparation books, etc. There is also access to various e-journals which helps in research projects. There is hospital containing OPD block and IPD block attached to college. It is at walking distance from hostel. There are also emergency services available for 24x7. There is also separate auditorium for different functions.

There is sports complex which has various sports activities. There is also gym and swimming pool newly opened. There are also various clubs like drama, dance, music, photography, etc. which the students can participate. There is intercollegiate fest AURA which occurs yearly in the month of march in this various sports and cultural activities occur and also DJ night and star nights occur. There is also yearly intercollegiate fest TEJAS occur in the month of September for 1 week. There is also regular various sports competition and various quizzes also in which the students can participate.
