Overall Rating
The college is good and it is autonomous and because of that the course is updated as per industry requirement and it changes accordingly. College is situated in Kondhwa area that is why accessibility of certain things is less compared to the other colleges in the city. Campus is big enough.
 

Academics Rating
Course is easy to understand and is updated according to the industry requirement. The admission is through JEE and CET scores. There are five subjects in each semester and the courses may vary depending on the branch. The courses notes are given very specifically by the faculties and the exams are completely related to the notes.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are very well qualified and understanding. They are well aware of the course and have both the theoretical and practical knowledge of the course. Faculty members also give opportunities to the students to be part of the industry related projects and they select the eligible students for the same task.
 

Placement Rating
The Placement Cell is updated with the industry requirement of the students. The Placement Cell is active and it keeps in touch of the students about the current job opportunities. The Placement Cell guides the students from different branches to participate in the placement rounds of the core and noncore companies.
 

Hostel Rating
There are college hostel available near the college. Students prefer to stay in the hostel for one year and then prefer to shift in PGs for the next 3 years. The infrastructure is average but the area around is not much developed and can be improved.
 

Infrastructure Rating
College has buildings for different departments. The campus is big enough but there are three colleges within the same college campus which increases the number of people in the college campus. There is a playground of the college. The parking system of the college is not good enough and can be improved. Library system of the college is much sorted and you can find almost every required book.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life of the college is good enough. Fests are organised every year in the month of February. Technical and cultural fests both are held within the span of five days and many events are conducted during that time. Crowd of the college is good enough and competitive. There are different clubs in college to enhance technical and management skills of students.

  • World class educational & placement opportunities at VIIT, Pune

    I got to know from my friend that VIIT is one of the topmost colleges in Maharashtra. As I was clearing the cutoff for B.Tech branch that I wanted, I immediately applied for admission through CAP rounds. College has a really good infrastructure.
