VIIT Pune campus is developed across an area of about 5.67 acres and has a built-up area of around 20,984 square meters. In addition to this, there are ramps, lifts, and other amenities to assist students who have physical disabilities in accessing the campus with convenience.

Apart from this, the Institute has a digital library which has over 10 multimedia systems and e-resources including about 1245 International & 480+ National journals, along with 3545+ CDs & 425+ DVDs. The services which are facilitated to the students within the library are the reference section, reading hall, stack room, circulation system, reprography, etc.
- Laboratories: Students of the Institute can complete their research-based assignments, and other technical tasks through the computer centre that is present at the campus.
