COEP Technological University Pune: Admission 2023, Fees, Rankings

Undebateably, the best college in Maharashtra. Being the third oldest college in all over Asia, the prestige of the college is at another level. Of-course, it has competition with the IIT Bombay and NIT Nagpur. It is the dream college of every MHT CET examination candidate. Those students who barely miss the IIT and the NIT get their admission assured in this college, sometimes at par with the former students too. Most of the people from outside Maharashtra don't know about it, but those who know, knows its value. The NIRF ranking of COEP in the engineering category in 2022 is 50. That's superbly awesome. It has the best placements, one of the best campuses, the best faculty and the best curriculum in India. Yes, everything is the best, that's why it is in most demand for students' admissions. The cut offs are literally very high. Like for the computer branch it is around 99.91 percentile for the general category students enrolled for the MHT CET examination. Though I didn't attend college very much because soon after my first year, there came the pandemic due to which we had to attend classes online. But the days I attended regular college, I have a pretty good idea about most of the college. Though now we attend online classes but still the time when we used to do lectures in person was the best time ever. Even if we are in a virtual education system nowadays, college doesn't feel like far away. I still miss the college campus though. Overall, except some of the things, the college is pretty good in its way. COEP has most of the good facilities and resources to shape a student. They are always focused on how to make its students more confident about themselves.Read Full Review

What I think it's that every student has a different experience with his or her college life. Some have good experience with the faculty but don't like the infrastructure, some like the infrastructure and academics but have problems with the faculty. Not everyone will have the same taste and experience. Though, I didn't like all the aspects of COEP Pune, that doesn't make it any less of a college. The COEP has some great plus points which I am grateful for along with some of its negative points. The college staff helps you in every way to build yourself socially, academically and many other ways. The college shapes your personality and knowledge in terms of the real world.Read Full Review
