Overall Rating
I chose this college because it’s the only college in the area near me offering this course. The overall experience is good. The college is situated in Kallumala, Mavelikara and is under Kerala University. The college life is average and almost enjoyable. The classroom facilities provided in the college are very good. I will recommend others to pick this college.
 

Academics Rating
The course I have opted for is Bachelor of Science in Botany and Biotechnology. The entry requirement is that you have to pass high school and you have to clear an entrance examination based on plus two topics. The application is submitted through the official website of Kerala University. I like biotechnology; that was my motive for enrolling in this program.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties in this college are very good and well experienced in the field of teaching. Almost all of them are post graduates and have good knowledge in their subjects. They are very nice and supportive. Their method of teaching is very simple and understandable. They ensure that almost every student is catching up with the lectures.
 

Placement Rating
No, there's no Placement Cell in the college so campus placements are not provided.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the college provides good residential facilities. About six to eight students are there in a room. The quality of the food provided is average. The facilities provided in the college are just average.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of the college is good. Almost every classroom in this college has projectors and the classrooms are maintained, they are also very neat and clean. The lab facilities are very good and well maintained. The college has a large library containing a large number of books and journals needed for both academics and research works. A large college auditorium with a good amount of seating is also there.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is average. The college campus is very peaceful and nature friendly. Programs are not that good but so many programs are conducted in this college. There are at least 500 students in this college. The college campus is big enough for the number of students there. Clubs like NSS and NCC are very actively functioning here. Fests are normally conducted in the college. Other engagement activities like sports and arts are promoted well here.
