AIBS (Amity International Business School) is a part of Amity University, located in Noida sector 125. It is an amazing business school with well maintained infrastructure. It offers vast opportunities in abroad and has branches in abroad as well. It is one of the top private universities in NCR and in India. The university conducts its own entrance exam i.e., Amity Entrance Exam and if you qualify that exam then the interview round is conducted and once selected in that, you can submit the fee and join the college. The application form is released in the month of April- May. The college management is excellent and it has different blocks for different departments and everything is managed systematically. It has different departments like admission, creativity, passion, counselor, examination, extra-curricular activities, etc.

I have joined BBA International Business programme and the eligibility criteria for the course is 60% in 12th for morning batch and 55% in 12th in evening batch. There is an Amity Entrance Exam which has basic GK questions and once qualified you have to go through interview round in which they test personality of the student. I chose the course of BBA (IB) because I was interested in knowing the system of import and export. It offers the wide exposure to the students pursuing this source and gives knowledge about the management across the country borders. All the subjects in the course were up to the mark and have granted great knowledge. The job opportunities in this field are vast because the companies give more opportunities to student with specialised courses like this then the students with general BBA. Many companies want student who have knowledge about international business.

Number of faculties is very huge for every course offered by Amity University, Noida. Every teacher in the premises have minimum of 10 yr of experience and are excellent in teaching. The minimum qualification of every teacher is Ph. D. and are very much knowledgeable. Students are controlled by teachers and teachers controlled by programme leader. They are very regular in college and do not miss a day and are very interactive. The teachers work really hard with the students and try to make them excel in every field whether it be psychological or professional.

The placement cell of the college is known as IIC i.e., Industry Interaction Cell which provides for internships and placement. The companies like Amazon, Nestle, HDFC, ICICI, etc. come for Amity International Business School placements. The highest salary ranges between 18- 20 LPA whereas the average salary varies from 4.5- 6 LPA. Where percentage of placement is concerned, every student who meets the criteria i.e., more than 6 CGPA gets the placement.

The hostels of amity are just like flats, it is basically a flat system but it lacks kitchen and has only one bathroom. For every three room there is one common area where sofa and refrigerator are provided. There is no sharing of rooms i.e., every person gets their own room. The fee of AC Hostels is 1,70,000 and Non AC is 80k-90k. The meal is not good, food doesn't taste nice. Many students prefer to live in flats or PGs which are easily available nearby because of the expensive fee. Students can get same services in much more less price. Although, in the matters of safety, security is very strict, they keep an eye on everyone and do not let anyone enter without id.

The university covers almost 70 acres of the land and has different block for different purposes. It is one of the best infrastructure a university can have. There different blocks and every block are well maintained. The common area in university is H- block near hostel which is basically treated as mini mall as it has many brands in it like Dominos, Subway, CCD, and various brands for shopping. Every block has its own auditorium and there is central library which is excellent, it is very huge. There are different extracurricular activities like swimming, football, basketball, tennis, shooting, archery, etc. There is a separate building which is for medical emergencies.

There is a 3 day annual fest organised by the university and various celebrities are called to perform and it is a great fun to be a part of that. And honestly in amity celebrities come very often mostly for promotion. Overall campus life is amazing, if you are thinking to live your life to the fullest with getting excellent education facilities then this college is the best. There is no question in that. And where personality and human growth is concerned there is no better college in my view.
