Medical Biotechnology from Amity University, Noida

Overall Rating
This course is available in only a few colleges and Amity Noida is one of them. The labs and other resources required for this course are available here and the concerned faculty is also very nice at Amity Institute of Biotechnology, Noida. The overall experience was enriching and helpful as it includes all aspects of the industrial experiences, too.
 

Academics Rating
The eligibility is scoring 60% and above in your 12th standard and you need to go for a written and live interview for getting selected for the course. I gave an online interview and a written test which was online, too. The process was fairly transparent and not too difficult, and I got selected within 3 days.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is highly skilled as they all have mostly done their Ph.D in their concerned subjects and thus, they provide a lot of knowledge to you. All the professors include PPTs in their mode of teaching and they explain very well and also, regular assessments are conducted to know the progress of students.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we do have a CRC Cell in the institute and you can anytime ask for placement assistance from them and they’re helpful in that aspect. Amity has MOUs signed with a lot of big organisations and they also provide LORs if you want to go somewhere outside the campus for internship which is really helpful in getting into many organisations.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, hostel is available in campus itself. Every festival is celebrated for hostellers so that they don’t miss their home on occasions. It has a good security system and food is also of good quality.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The classrooms and labs are centrally air conditioned. The classrooms have projectors which help a lot in creative methods of learning. The washrooms are clean and hygienic and even the water dispensers are always clean. There are different blocks for cafes, hostels, gaming areas, arcades, etc.
 

Campus Rating
The social life, library, cafés, and every other amenity is very nice in Amity. The library especially is top class and you have computers available there too, alongside books. There are many clubs which are quite active and regular fests keep happening at Amity. The vibe is quite nice and positive.
