Overall Rating
Vaagdevi Degree and PG College, Warangal is affiliated with KU Warangal. It is excellent in terms of its faculty and quality education. Faculty is very friendly towards students. Students from nearby Hanamkonda and Warangal area join this college. Especially, people nearby Hasanparthy and Elakaturthy villages have a very good access to this college. Overall, it is a good college to enroll in.
 

Academics Rating
One needs to complete intermediate course in order to enter this college at 10 + 2 level. You can join in B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Com, and others. Students who want to pursue any non professional degree can join this college.
The college fee is nominal so, one can easily bear that. Also, the students get reimbursement and scholarship from state government in order to meet the tuition fee demands of the college.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty here is so good. Especially Laxman sir who taught Zoology; he was so well behaved and mannered. He did his PhD in Zoology. He teaches excellently. When coming to Botany, Shiva Prasad sir taught us, although he was somewhat impatient but still he loved to listen and clarify each & every doubts of the students.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the college had a placement cell. But due to Covid time, the placement opportunities were really low during my academic batch. I hope it improved now.
 

Hostel Rating
The college had no hostel facilities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
It’s a pretty good college comprising of three blocks A, B, C. Block A was for fresher’s and remaining ones were for the seniors. It had a central library, which had of all kinds of journals and books essential for students in their course work. It also had a digital library.
 

Campus Rating
I am satisfied with what I got in this college. Here, I found some really amazing friends for life. College also conducts fests regularly in every six months. Overall, my academic career was good and I improved really well. I really enjoyed my life here, and I can proudly say that I am a student of Vaagdevi Degree and PG College, Warangal.
