My College Experience at SVIMS

Overall Rating
Overall, our SVIMS campus is very good and comfortable. Students get to learn many things from here for their future applications, I suggest people to take admission in this college. They are going to love it, make new friends, and live each and every moment here. One of the best colleges in Kolkata, I would say.
 

Academics Rating
I am pursuing Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology course; this offers a 4 year full time course for students that includes a lot of hands-on practical work. Admission to this course requires an admission test conducted by MAKAUT university. A student who is 10+2 passed with PCB or PCM can apply for this course.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties in this college are very friendly. They also take extra classes if free. The medium of teaching is mainly English and the lectures are very informative. The teaching quality of the teachers is top notch. Our campus is totally ragging free so students can be relieved in the campus.
 

Placement Rating
Placements in Biotechnology course are not available that much in this college. Students need to find their own internships and job from off campus activities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
College campus is very big; having fully air conditioned classrooms and smart boards. It also has a large play ground and a big canteen. Our college also has a big open air auditorium where all the events take place. SVIMS also has a big library where all types of books are available.
 

Campus Rating
Overall campus life at SVIMS is pretty good and students are going to enjoy the ambience. Annual events like fests, sports, and freshers take place which adds enjoyment to the college life.

    I'm a biotechnology student so most importantly; the laboratory of this college is well equipped. Every classroom is air conditioned and has smart board and projector facilities. While searching I really heard a lot good about Swami Vivekananda Institute of Modern Science. I am really glad to get enrolled in this college and the campus is good.     SVIMS is one of the best institutes in Sonarpur. It has a great working ecosystem and also with very great opportunities regarding cultural activities. My main reason to join this institute is that I am very much interested into sports and co-curricular activities and provided with the best opportunities.
