This college is really very good. Seniors are very helpful and interactive. Professors are also very helpful and overall pursuing MBBS from this college is a great choice. This is in Kolkata which is one of the good points also. So we can even travel to different places during our campus life.

To get admission in MBBS here first eligibility is to crack National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. For different categories marks criteria are different. For example For general it is 620+ for EWS it is 590+. And you must be 17+ yrs old. And you must have all the required documents originally submitted.

The faculties here are highly qualified with degrees of MD, MS, Gold medalists and various other high qualifications. The faculty members are highly interactive and very understanding and helpful. They always motivate us and help us in every possible ways. Along with a good doctor they teach us how to be a good human being too.

After completion of internship some people get opportunity to work as house staff or junior residents in different wards.

Yes, we do have hostel facilities in our college. In the first year people need to stay in dormitory for 6 to 8 months and then rooms are allotted. 2 people in one room. In that room we get bed, chair, table, lights, fans, etc.

Campus academic block is nicely structured with each floor having one or two departments. Like I'm in first year. We have anatomy department in 1st floor, physiology department in 4th floor, Biochemistry department in 6th floor and community medicine department in 5th floor. In 5th floor there is auditorium also. Different diagnostic test facilities are available in different floors. All the labs and classrooms are well maintained. And for going up and down both stairs and lift facilities are there.

Overall campus life is really nice. On the very first day the seniors taught us few rules and regulations which are to be maintained in the campus otherwise we may get scolded by others and in each and every aspect they help and guide us like own brothers and sisters. We do share great bonds. This whole campus has become our second home and we all are like a family. Annual fests, freshers, convocations, Saraswati Puja every single thing is celebrated here with great joy. And we can do various activities like playing carom, cricket, volley ball, badminton, and more. For dance and music common room is there. For reading a whole lot is there in library. Overall the campus life is great.
