Overall Rating
I am currently pursuing my Diploma in Avanthi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Visakhapatnam. It was established in 1999 'Avanthi Educational Society'. by My overall experience in Institute has been good. It has decent environment for studies. We have different activities conducted apart from regular classes. We have good opportunities to learn technical skills. One thing in my Institute that I liked most is that students can participate in technical events, programs, and other activities.

Academics Rating
I chose Electronic communication and engineering course ECE because I was interested in electronics and we can apply to the government jobs through this course. The admission process is very simple. It was based on the required eligibility and entrance process. The entrance process can be through management quota or convener quota. I feel my course gives a good basic foundation, but the students also need to practice more for the practical experience.
My yearly fee is around Rs. 24,000/- per year.

Faculty Rating
The faculty members in my department are supportive and have the good knowledge of the subjects they teach. Most of the classes include PPTs presentations. Explanations will be on the board with practical examples. Some of my faculty members also encourage the students to give presentations for selected topics. Entire faculty encourages the students to ask questions when they do not understand the topics. My faculty members are very approachable and good.

Placement Rating
The Institute offers placement opportunities. All the eligible students can participate in campus drives.

Hostel Rating
My Institute has both girls’ and boys’ hostel. Both the hostels are present inside the campus. We have good security. The food is good. We have to follow strict rules. All the facilities are there in both hostels.

Infrastructure Rating
My Institute has good campus with different academic blocks and classrooms. The classrooms are very suitable for regular classes and all the classes have the good facilities such as projectors, computers, and boards. We have the facilities for the sports and other student activities as well. We have the comfortable environment within our campus. We have computer labs, seminar halls, library, and many other facilities.

Campus Rating
My campus life at Avanthi Institute of Engineering and Technology has been a good experience. I am still studying here, so I am continuing to experience different aspect of campus life. I have made good friends and I enjoy spending with my classmates. They conduct technical and non-technical fests.
