Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies – Honest Review

Overall Rating
It's a government college. The tuition fee is low. The university provides us with a specialized BBA field, BBA (BFSI) related to banking finance services and insurance sector. The curriculum of the course is unique. It focuses more on skills and practical knowledge than theory. The faculty is sweet and humble. Every teacher has their own way of teaching. They provide you with notes, PowerPoint presentation and other important points before exam.
 

Academics Rating
The curriculum of the course is unique. The college focuses on skills development of students and academic improvement. There is no such eligibility required. All the students of commerce background with or without Math can opt for it. The main motive of the college is to make job makers not seekers. I focus more on building up an entrepreneur in myself.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty keeps on changing. There are very few permanent staff, rest all changes frequently and it's difficult for the students to stay in touch with them. The teaching methods of teachers are good they use presentation to make things clear and also provide notes. Most of the faculty members are pass out form Delhi University and also guide us properly.
 

Placement Rating
We do have a placement cell in our college but it is not beneficial. College gives only the students of 5 semester internship opportunity related to sale and banking even Insurance related jobs. Off campus placement are much better.
 

Hostel Rating
PG rooms are available nearby the college. There is no hostel in the institute for students.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure of the campus is poor. It's is not well maintained. The campus is quite small. Water cooler doesn't work properly, most of the classes do not have air conditioner, and they also are not maintained. There are no fan in corridor and no canteen for students, one have to go out for food. There is no playground in the college.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is zero. There are no events organised or fest organised by the college. There are clubs and societies in the college but all of them are inactive, only few society are active that are under students. There is no college I'd cards or any type of security.

    This college is good but not too much good. We expected to have a college life better than we are having here. This college comes under Delhi Skills and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) which is a government college that's why I chose this college. To be honest I kept this college as an option because I personally want to get an admission in Delhi University but unfortunately I didn't get the course I wanted to pursue.     My honest experience with the university is not good, it is a government college with lower course fee as compared to other university but the management, and faculty is not good. There is no extra skill development program or events organized by the college apart from education based workshop. I will not suggest this college to anyone.... Read Full Review
