I find this institute as the best medium range institute in NCR which is offering an advanced PGDM Degree to students. The overall curriculum is solid and as per industry standards. The college provides the right environment for student to grow professionally and personally. The induction program while joining the college creates a base for student to understand how things will move in next two years. The reason for me joining the institute is that it has a legacy of 30 years with great alumni relation and the college stands out among all the medium range NCR colleges with good reviews to whomsoever I have asked previously. Another reason is that the college is equivalently good for finance and marketing with good placement opportunities and great faculties. I will suggest this college to those people who are not able to clear CAT or CMAT level colleges and want to take colleges through MAT in NCR region can definitely look up to it.

The PGDM course offers intensive, rigorous, and fast paced curriculum as it’s a new era diploma in management. It’s a more practical course than MBA making it relevant for today’s time. The eligibility is students should be a graduate with minimum 50% marks and must clear GD & PI process of the college to get selected. The program curriculum offers wide range of practical exposure making them corporate ready. The curriculum is a fast paced trimester based system making students to be on their toes and respect deadlines and timeline. In every trimester, there are 7-9 subjects and duration of each trimester is 3-4 months and timings of classes give a perfect feel of how 9-5 job feels like. Subjects of the curriculum are intensive and with detailed concepts covering each prospects for better understanding.

The faculties are highly experienced and qualified with strong backgrounds in research and are Ph.D holders. Every specialization has its own specialised faculty. They bring unique perspective and do take the necessary efforts to go out of their limits to teach student well. There are even few very senior faculties who have taught in Delhi University for more than 40 years. They come to the campus and share their knowledge. The style of teaching is practical based. They share examples happening in the world to enlighten the knowledge of students. The internal assignments are solely based on improving self confidence and self belief of students through presentations and interactive assignment.

Yes, we have a placement cell at our institute known as CRMC. They really put in lot of efforts in mentoring the students and making them placement ready. They help in guiding the students to prepare their resumes, how to wear formals, etiquettes of GD and PI and other related mentoring. They also put in every effort to make all the students placed.

I have stayed at hostel and it’s a private rented space taken by the college. 2 people are accommodated in 1 room with a personal bathroom for boys. The boys’ and girls’ hostel are separate. The facility includes a bed, almirah, chair, and table for students with window AC. The food is also overall decent with menu being selected by students.

Infrastructure is fine as its build in the city of New Delhi, so the space is less but utilized well. There are classroom, seminar halls, computer labs, and auditorium for events. There is Nescafe and canteen for students to satisfy their hunger needs. There is also a cricket net for students to practice cricket with leather ball and also an indoor games center. Library is really well made with variety of books for readers and has a comfortable space.

The campus life has been really good with people being really supportive. The crowd has been great with their motivation and desire to take the college name forward. There are lot of clubs of finance, marketing, HR, business analytics, and other to organise competitions and create a healthy competitive environment. There is also a fest held every year known as VERVE which is a techno-management fest happening in February. The fest is such a vibe to enjoy. There are lots of other engagement activities such as meetings and event with corporate mentors and guests to aware students about the corporate world.
