SIES College of Arts Science and Commerce BMS Review By Lijo Lean

I chose this college because it has a good reputation and also has autonomous status. It was ranked among the top 10 colleges for BMS. I recommend students who just cleared 12th to join S.I.E.S. because the environment here is very good and has very friendly staff members. Even though this college doesn’t have much of campus ground, fests and activities are done to the fullest. For a person who loves to participate and show off their skills this is the best place; you should look forward to it. South Indians have a minority quota; this way even with less marks you can get admission in this college.

BMS is all about management and practicality. Despite other universities, this institute doesn’t have any entrance exam. The cutoff margin for this course is mostly over 80%. The main motive for choosing this course was to gain practical knowledge, this course makes you corporate ready.

The faculty in this college is really good and helpful. They are well experienced in their respective fields. They all have been highly educated from big institutions and some were working as professionals in the corporate world. They use projectors, PPTs and real life examples when teaching.

The college doesn’t have a big campus. It has a small quadrangle where all activities take place. This college is fully filled with amenities, each floor is dedicated for some or the other labs and has departments for every other course.

The campus life is enjoyable. Even though the campus is small, activities and fests are done to the fullest. The fest in this college is called, “Vision” and occurs every winter for 2 days. This college has a lot of clubs like the Rotaract and Leo Club. I recommend this college for those who want to show their skills and talents to the world.
