My journey at this university has been a transformative experience for me, both academically and personally. One of the best features of ITER is its commitment to academic excellence. The faculties here are like mentors who are deeply invested in the success of their students. Their expertise and dedication have helped me develop a strong foundation in my field of study. The curriculum here is well-structured which ensures that the students are prepared well enough to face the real world.

The course that I am pursuing is B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. This course has given me exactly what is needed for me in my line of interest. It focuses on computer subjects such as Data Structure and Algorithm Designs which are the most important portion for your life in this field. The eligibility for this course is above 60% in your 12th board’s examination and the institute conducts an entrance examination which you have to pass to get in. My course for 2022-2026 batch costs Rs.2.55 lakh. The college even provides specialist ion subjects which include Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning, Cyber Security, Data Science, and IOT.

Most of the teachers teaching here have a doctorate degree in their particular subjects. Each one of them is quite skilled and has expertise in their line of work. Their way of teaching is quite well- structured which gives the students a very strong foundation to start working on. The faculties here are approachable and helpful. They can be available for us anytime required, especially during the exam time.

Yes there is a placement cell at my institute. The institute guarantees placement for 99% of the students studying here. The average package here is about 20 lpa. The highest package has gone up to 45 lpa. Many companies like Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, Accenture, etc. visit the campus during the placement drive to recruit students worthy enough for their company.

Yes there are hostels for both boys and girls here. The hostel here has 3 living options- 4 sharing non-ac rooms, 3 sharing ac rooms and 2 sharing ac rooms. I live in the 3 sharing ac room and it costs Rs 90,000 plus the mess charge being Rs 40,000. The food quality here is average like other colleges. Cleanliness is something that has been maintained in this hostel very well.

There are around 8 to 10 blocks in the campus for engineering along with a whole block for the auditoriums. Each building has labs for different purposes and each building has its own area of study. There is a whole building for the cafeteria where the students can chill, have food and have a gala time. There are different sports that students have options to go for, like basketball, football, cricket, table tennis, etc. There are many clubs like drama, dance, music, painting, robotics, video making, photography, social service, etc.

The sense of community here is truly special. The diverse student body, combined with various cultural and extracurricular activities creates a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere. I made lifelong friends and learned so much from interacting with people from different backgrounds. The supportive environment encourages collaboration and personal growth, making it easy to feel at home. The campus is quite well maintained and well equipped. From libraries to sports facilities and dining options, everything is designed to enhance the student experience. The availability of resources and the overall campus vibe makes it a pleasant place to live and learn. The reputation of the faculty and the quality of education were major factors that led for me to be a part of this institute and the cost of the course is quite affordable as well. Additionally, the research opportunities, the vibrant campus life, and the strong career support system made it an obvious choice for me.
