SOA University has built nearly 52 hostels and out of which around 26 are for boys & remaining for girls and they can collectively accommodate 16,000+ residents. SOA University hostels have AC and Non-AC options which are provided in multiple occupancies. * Students residing in the hostels of the Deemed University need to deposit caution money of Rs. 5000/- (one-time and refundable) at the time of admission.
Note: As per the hostel policy, if any students vacate the accommodation facility within 1 month of enrollment then the specified amount of stay duration will be deducted and the remaining fees will be refunded. In addition, the students have to submit the application about the same 1 month prior to the leaving date.
The hostel authorities of the Deemed-to-be-University have formed some rules and regulations for the better management of resources & facilities. Hostellers need to abide by these rules in order to maintain the peaceful environment inside the hostel premises. If any hostel resident is found guilty, then required disciplinary actions will be taken against them.

Multi-storeyed accommodations are present inside the SOA University Campus with state-of-the-art facilities. Moreover, the Deemed-to-be-University provides numerous sharing options including double, triple, and quadruple with attached & common toilets. Furthermore, the SOA University hostel rooms are divided based on AC & Non-AC options and both contain basic amenities like bed, table, chair, etc.
In addition, TV, newspapers, magazines, and some indoor games are available within the multi-purpose hall which serves as a recreational space for the hostellers. The University provides Wi-Fi facility to the students within the hostels and they can also avail the laundry services offered on nominal prices.

Within the SOA University hostel premises, separate mess / dining halls are present serving 4 meals a day at specified timings. In addition, the dining hall has an induction heater that residents can use for emergency purposes.
