Life in JNTUA College of Engineering

Overall Rating
Actually I was looking for a government college near my hometown so that I would be able to have a good experience during B.Tech and as I expected it was really fantastic. It is a government college that offers quality education at affordable fee. I would suggest students to take admission here.
 

Academics Rating
I have personally chosen Civil Engineering as I believe that in this era of CSE there is still a hope for us as civil engineers. The entry requirement for my college is to qualify EAMCET examination which is conducted every year and to have a decent score. My motive to join this course is to secure a government job.
 

Faculty Rating
As we all know that teachers are like parents in our school / college premises and the faculty in my college lives up to it. They teach you the concept in a very easy manner and make you solve the problems based in the topic. They all are highly qualified and experienced. Their method of teaching is simple and effective.
 

Infrastructure Rating
As it is a government college the college is spread over a vast amount of area with huge infrastructure and grounds. Each branch has their own department building and each department is spread over an area of 1700 square feet. The college also has the availability of a library and dispensary.
 

Campus Rating
From what I have experienced I think it was really great and worth the time in the college. The college has a club known as Helping Hands which raise donations. Fests are conducted every year and farewell for the seniors is also celebrated every year. Student’s conducts leagues for cricket and inter branch competitions.
