Overall Rating
The college has a very good atmosphere. The college is private. My Overall Experience is good. I enjoyed the 4 years. The college is brimming with enthusiasm, and filled with exciting cultural fests, annual fests, etc. I mainly choose this institution because some of my friends suggested me to join here and they said to me that many students get placement here in different companies. The behavior of the faculty is awesome. They support me at all time.
 

Academics Rating
I think the eligibility for joining any B.Tech course is that you must have a 12th certificate. The main eligibility criteria here is that you should have taken either Computer and Science / Biology and Science or Biology and Math in 12th standard and also clear the KEAM exam conducted by the government of Kerala to get the admission in this course. You can also join by NRI scheme also (without KEAM).
 

Faculty Rating
I think there are more than 50+ faculties here. All faculties are very good and help students all the time. The main aim of the entire faculty is to support the student without any backlogs. The entire faculty is well qualified and they teach us very well. Any time we can ask doubts and they are always ready to clear.
 

Placement Rating
The placement training of this college is good. There is one separate placement cell and lots of companies come here to hire. During the last semester many companies have visited our college to conduct the placement drive. The college team arranges some walk in interviews also for the students for the last semester. Some companies like UST, TCS, Q-SPIDERS, Infosys, etc. visit our college every year and more than 80% of students get placed in best companies.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels are present inside our college. Two separate hostels are provided for the students. A hostel warden is also present in the hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Considering the infrastructure there is one separate building for workshops and more than 17+ labs are available there. The computer lab has more than 40+ computers, Wi-Fi facility and is fully air conditioned. Our labs are used for the exams like JEE. The Class rooms are fully furnished with white boards. Smart classes with projectors are also here. More than 4500+ books are present in the library for the students. I give 90 out or 100 for the infrastructure and facility in our college.
 

Campus Rating
I purely recommend STIST to my friends, relatives and other students. There is a tech fest and cultural fest conducted every year. A big fest is organised every year that is named as YASYA. Moreover there are many other programs that are conducted in a year like sports, arts exhibition, internships, etc.
