My experience at the institute is decent. If you want to join a college for just a degree then you can go for it. Other than that I chose this institute because it is the best girl's college of Rajasthan. There are various student societies where you can enhance your skills and talent and go to other colleges and IITs for competitions.

The admission process is quite simple in Maharani College. You can fill the online form for admission in the college. Various merit lists are out on the basis of 12th class marks and you can easily avail reservation benefits. Once your name comes in any of the merit list, you have to verify your documents from the college and then you can come to the college regularly. Usually the students with 90 percent and above get admission easily in the college. If you are planning to get admission then make sure to score more marks in your 12th class board exams.

The teachers are well-educated and well-behaved. There are less permanent teachers and more guest faculty teachers. Teachers usually come from the same city that is Jaipur. Their teaching style mainly is focused on the books. They focus less on practical knowledge and more on bookish knowledge. They just prepare you for exams. The classes are not held properly according to the timetable. The teachers take leave without prior information.

No, Maharani college lacks at placements and internships. There is no placement cell in the college. Even the professional course students do not get placement opportunities.

Yes, the college has great hostel facilities for the students from all courses. The college has 2 hostels. One is for the ST category girls and is only reserved for them and the other one is for all the category students. For getting admission in hostel you have to be the top scorer in merit list. Only the top students get admission in the hostel. The hostel room consists of 2 beds, 2 tables, two almirahs, and one shoe rack. There is a gym, a library, a common hall, a dining room in the hostel. There is a garden in the hostel which provide pleasant and peaceful environment. Hostel has two floors separating the seniors and juniors. Hostel fee is around 10 thousand rupees per year and the mess fee is 1800 per month. There is a table tennis table and badminton rackets present in the hostel for recreational activities. There are many parties held in hostel like freshers party, new year party, farewell party, and many more.

Campus has one of the best infrastructures. It was built in the ancient time so it has ancient infrastructure which is very unique in itself. There is a two tier library present in the college which contains plenty of books for the students and a large hall for reading and studying for students. There is a big sports ground and a huge synthetic basketball court which is recently built. The campus building includes the main building and a science block which is newly built. There is a canteen in the college. There are many practical labs of various subjects.

There is no strict attendance rule so the students do not attend the classes regularly. There are various student societies like dance society, singing society, art society, photography society, computer society, and many more. You can enhance your skills through these societies. The college has its annual fest known as VEETHIKA held every year in the month of February. The fest is held for 2 to 3 days and students from different colleges participate in various inter-college competitions in the fest like solo dance, group dance, face painting, nukkad natak, solo singing, standup comedy, and many more. Various seminars are held regularly at the college. Various free health checkup camps are regularly held in the college.
