DBRANLU is a state of art university and has great potential with the incoming of legal luminaries and personalities from the heart of the country; it is rapidly developing to great heights in all aspects. It does not lack in presenting great exposure and opportunity to the young minds. The facilities provided are constantly reviewed and revamped to cater to the unique needs of the students.

It is one of the first NLUs to boast a highly equipped permanent faculty meticulously engaged with the students to ensure conceptual as well as practical clarity of the law. NLU Sonepat offers a 5 year integrated course of Bachelor of Arts + Legum Baccalaureus. The former covers a wide area of humanities, psychology, social sciences, and economics that give students a clear background for the study of law. The first 3 years consist of an integrated curriculum of B.A. + Law whereas the last 2 years focus entirely on pure law subjects. The University offers specialization courses of Constitutional and Business laws and also offers LLM courses for higher studies.

It is one of the first NLUs to boast a fully equipped permanent faculty who work tirelessly for the development of the students and the University. Distinguished professors from top NLUs and Private Universities form the NLU Sonepat Faculty offer great exposure to a budding lawyer. In the last year alone, distinguished personalities like JJ Ravi Shankar Jha, J. Krishna Murari, J. R.K.Aggarwal, and J. V.R Subhramanian have joined the fraternity as Chief patrons for various Centers for Research and Legal Development in the University. This presents the students with opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of some of the best legal minds in the country.

The Institution also supports its passing batch in securing internships through their dedicated Internship and Placement Cell that aids and guides students in securing at least two quality internships from the first year itself. This exposes the students to the legal world from a young age and encourages networking and connection building. The placement program of the university actively organise exercises and lectures to offer exposure and opportunities. The first batch secured placements at big corporate name like Khaitan & Co. and Dentons Link Legal.

NLU Sonepat has a state of art architecture and all hostel rooms are modern build with full French windows and a private balcony attached to each room. The rooms are spacious, tiled, and well built with personal furniture for everyone. I am happy to say that all hostels are equipped with split ACs as well. There is always a hostel guard/warden downstairs to accommodate the students. There is a fully functioning dispensary right behind the hostel premises. The Hostel premise also has separate mess for girls and boys and a separate fully functioning well equipped gym for the hostel residents. Each hostel also has a reading room on the premise apart from a common reading room attached to the library.

The University has a state of Art infrastructure that houses an Academic Block, Newly Inaugurated Moot Court Hall, Administration Building, Girls Hostel, Boys Hostel, a Canteen, the Library, Reading Room, Computer Room, Dispensary, and several other shops. The university plans on establishing within campus that would offer all kinds of services to accommodate the students such as groceries, parlor, banking, etc.

Campus life at NLU Sonepat is quite homely. With 25 acres of land covered in all kinds of plants. The students can engage in various activities like volley ball, football, badminton, Table Tennis, etc. to relax. They can also just engage in club activities. The place is always happening and cheerful. Students come from various backgrounds and live together in peace and harmony. There is also no fright of theft and stealing because those are the standards created by the students enrolled here. Overall, It is a great place to gain lot of potential.
