Life at Keshav Memorial Engineering College

Overall Rating
My experience in my college is quite good I choose this college because of placements. The placements in our college are quite good for freshers. But it will completely depend on how you are performing in coding. If you are good in coding then you can crack the placement. The college has good infrastructure and faculty.
 

Academics Rating
Entry requirement for this college is EAMCET. A student must score 20K or below rank to get the branch in KMIT. Now, KMIT has introduced two courses which are CSE and CSM so it will be quite tough to get admission in our college. The main motive to enroll in this program is to become a software engineer.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty in our college is not so good. One has to do self studies in order to attain good marks. In first and second year the faculty was quite good but from third year the faculty is not up to the mark. The academic performance completely depends upon you so don’t depend on the faculty itself.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, my college has placement cell. It will really help a student to acquire job in the industry. Different companies do visit our campus for hiring students for different roles.
 

Hostel Rating
No our college don't have residential facility. The infrastructure and facilities in our college are too good, compared with other colleges. There are no recreational activities provided to hostel students in our college.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The structure of our college is very good. The college has a very big ground in which students can play cricket, football, basketball, badminton and etc. There are many academic blocks in our college. There is a library in our college where it has wide variety of books in programming subjects. There is a canteen for students where student can eat food or buy something.
 

Campus Rating
My overall experience in our college is quite good. The crowd in our college is very huge. Almost 800 people will come to our college daily. There are fests in every 2-3 months and there are events conducted by some BSS clubs and KMIT clubs. The college will conduct social welfare activities to aware the students about the society.

    My experience was good at this College and since it is a part of Kasha Memorial Society, we choose this College. It provides ample placements and there are around 150+ companies that visit our College for placements. I like this College a lot due to various reasons like the canteen food, the sports facilities here and the quality of education.
