The overall experience at Ramanand Arya D.A.V. College is positive, with most of the students appreciating the friendly and supportive environment. I chose this college because it's popular in Mumbai. The teachers here are very supportive, caring and friendly. They give useful advice about what you should do in the future. The college has a good mix of academics, extracurricular activities, and cultural events. This college became autonomous from our batch 2020-23. The library in the college is big, which is excellent for a booklover like me. It has over thousands of books in its two floors with state-of-the art digital cataloging system. Although, there is an attendance policy of 75% here. I have done B.Com from here. The memories, friendship, and gardens are some of the things I still missed after all these years. Arya DAV College will always have special part in my life.

Academics at the college are considered decent. The curriculum is in line with the University of Mumbai’s standards. Students find the course content satisfactory, and there is a fair balance between theory and practical knowledge. Students who have scored good marks in the 12th standard are eligible to take admissions in the college. It provides UG and PG courses in various streams like Arts, Commerce, Science and Management. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the different aspects of college. I had filled the online form for admission in this college and my name appeared in the college list according to my score. The admission process is very good.

Faculty members at the college are generally well-qualified and experienced. Students appreciate the approachable nature of the teachers and their willingness to assist. However, some students feel that few faculty members could be more engaging in their teaching style and also need improvement. Some students and alumni have also praised the college's faculty, saying that they are cooperative and helpful.

The college facilitates satisfactory placement opportunities. It has a placement cell that organizes recruitment drives. Number of top-tier companies visiting the campus is limited. However, students from commerce and management streams tend to have better placement opportunities. They give placement in the last year of graduation. Students who are focused in academics and are looking for a reasonably priced education in Mumbai might find this college a suitable choice.

The college infrastructure is considered adequate but could use some improvements. The campus has basic facilities like classrooms, a library, computer lab, and sports amenities. They also have canteen. After I graduated from this college, this college was renovated and new policies and opportunities came into being and this college got an A grade by NAAC and became autonomous.

The College has very compact and well-maintained campus. The college campus is relatively small but well-maintained. Students appreciate the cleanliness and the green surroundings.
