Amrapali University BCA Review By Ganesh Singh

Genuinely I can say that my overall experience at the university is very good. The affordable fee structure and maximum opportunity attracted me towards this university which is why I chose to pursue course of my choice in this university. So, I will suggest students to take admission in my university.

I am currently pursuing BCA from Amrapali University, Haldwani. BCA is a Professional Course. When I took admission in BCA, university only accepted the candidates that have completed their 12th standard with Maths as a compulsory subject. Over the course of time, it has started to accept students from other streams like Arts also.

All the faculties in my course are highly educated, well behaved, and very humble in nature towards students and clear all the doubts of the students. Their teaching style is very good. They also have very good knowledge of their subjects. Maximum Students are satisfied by the teaching style and nature of the faculties.

At the starting of the 5th semester we all get the placements opportunity by the university. Different companies like Wipro, TCL, HP, Accenture, etc. are the main recruiters of our university. Around 25+ companies come to our companies to give the placement opportunity to the students. So yeah our university campus placement percentage is quite high. Highest salary package offered during the in-campus placement drive is around 9-10 LPA whereas average salary package is around 3-4 LPA.

There are two blocks in boys’ hostel, one for 1st year hostel students bhabha block is assigned and another one for senior students (Vivekanand block). For the girls there is only one block named as sarojini block. I live in hostel. I genuinely saying that I am enjoying the hostel life. Hostel mess is very good as they provide good quality food. In the hostel there are many facilities. Sports system is also good, all sports equipment are available there along with the gym. Very big playground, badminton court, basketball court, volleyball court and table tennis room are also available for the hostlers.

There are five main very big buildings for the different departments. 1st one is for Hotel Management department. 2nd one is for Teaching department. Third one is for Pharmacy department. 4th one is for Engineering Department (B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, BCA, and Polytechnic). 5th one is for management department (BBA, MBA, B.Com, and M.Com).

The overall campus is very good and impressive. University crowd is also too much but the maintenance of the crowd by the security guards is very good. They organize many fests at different occasions like ‘Spandan’, ‘Abhinandan’, etc. Every year a sports event named ‘Spardha’ is organized by the university.
