The experiences I had at Rungta College of Science and Technology, Durg

Overall Rating
Overall, Rungta College of Science and Technology is an average tier three college where placements and academics are average. But you’ll still enjoy your campus life and will make great memories. So for the students who just need a Bachelors or BBA degree can pursue this course from this college.
 

Academics Rating
BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) is the degree related to Management, Business and Economics. The requirement for studying BBA from RCST is nothing you just have to pass 12th class. The motive of enrolling in this program is to make our base clear for future courses like MBA and other courses.
 

Faculty Rating
Yes, there are some exceptional faculties who will treat you like your own child. But, mostly are very strict. Their way of teaching is too old. They will just focus more on theories rather than practical applications.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, placements cell do exist in our institutes. But they will help you only if you have your own skills and work experience (internships) otherwise, you’ll end up taking below average packages.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels are moderate in our institutes you can maybe find it little expensive but according to me it is worth it if you can afford it. You have to pay one time fees for mess, accommodation and laundry. The mess food is eatable and hygienic.
 

Infrastructure Rating
From classes, libraries, hostels, canteens, cafeterias to parking, you have everything. As a third tier college I think it is enough according to me for the fees we are paying. Like we have computer labs, in campus Wi-Fi and good number of classrooms.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life if you are living in hostel you’ll definitely find it enjoyable. Other than studies our college also focuses on events, like garba night, freshers, dj nights, celebrity night, carnival, etc. But, on the other hand sport and projects are fully neglected. Also, there are no clubs in the college.
