St Thomas: A Journey Worth Remembering

Overall Rating
The overall experience was good and the faculty and students made the journey more valuable and memorable. This institute provides a various range of courses. I had opted for computer science engineering and our faculties are well trained and knowledgeable. I'll recommend this college to other students. In totality, it was a great journey during my enrollment.
 

Academics Rating
I had opted for Computer Science Engineering and the entry level requirements are KEAM examination, which is conducted by the state government. I was enrolled in NRI Quota. Few of my friends were from Management and Merit Quota. The CS program is in demand which motivates the students to take this program.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty had a reasonable knowledge but their teaching methods should have been more innovative. Most of them are highly qualified and our HOD has a doctorate. Few of them have an innovative style of teaching and others are stuck to their old typical teaching methods. Overall, they are friendly and very supportive throughout the journey.
 

Placement Rating
The Placement Cell in our college was really efficient in the start and had a range of placements for our senior batch and while during our placement, due to election and policy changes, we faced placement shortage. So overall rating in placement is 2/5.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel as a whole was a memorable journey and the co-residents were the best that helped me to complete my course effortlessly. The infrastructure is pretty decent along with all the facilities and has a ground and court for sports activities and leisure time.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure and the geographical structure are very impressive. The academic blocks are spacious. The library is one of the biggest blocks and has various book collections. There are few gym and sports equipment and the overall stature is also pretty good.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life was really awesome, I really enjoyed my engineering life and those 4 years are really worth cherishing for me. The students and the bond between seniors and juniors are impeccable. Tech fests and Cultural events are also good and are really enjoyable. It was a memorable journey studying here and it will remain with me forever.
