A Short Review on S K Somaiya College

Overall Rating
Overall, I would this college is solid 8 out of 10. The campus is really good so those points are majorly for the campus and the vibe inside. The faculty is also good. I chose this college because of the big campus and good facilities.
 

Academics Rating
The course has 6 semesters. It also has a semester exchange program, where you can go abroad for one semester and study there. The academics and the overall curriculum of my program are well thought of and are strictly according to the government guidelines. The entry requirement is that there is an entrance exam which we have to give and based on that, we are given admission.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty for Psychology is above average. All of them seem to have their distinct style of teaching.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The name of my building of college is ‘Aurobindo’ and the infrastructure is really good. My college building has a lift which students can access and not just 1 there are 4 lifts for the building. Even the classrooms have AC in them and the benches are very good. There are 2 libraries where we can study too. There are 3 canteens from where we can choose to eat. There is a synthetic race track in the campus.
 

Campus Rating
The full campus of my college is very huge and big. There are so many sports opportunities in the campus and so many different clubs. The college is also known for conducting different cultural and sports fests from time to time.

    My time in this College has been quite good. I learned a lot here not just from books but also from different activities and experiences. The College conducts different seminars, workshops, etc. on regular basis. The activities are also conducts which are sometimes free of cost or sometimes you have to pay for it.     The overall review is based on few things. These things mainly include whole curriculum that is been taught, the facilities and how they treat students. I feel college would get a good 8 out of 10 because it has great facilities and great faculty but the curriculum can be improved it by relating it to the actual real life scenarios and current requirements....
