S K Somaiya College Mumbai Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The name of my building of college is ‘Aurobindo’ and the infrastructure is really good. My college building has a lift which students can access and not just 1 there are 4 lifts for the building. Even the classrooms have AC in them and the benches are very good. There are 2 libraries where we can study too. There are 3 canteens from where we can choose to eat. There is a synthetic race track in the campus.

The campus is spacious and has separate academic sections for different departments. Classrooms are decent in size with good seating capacity and they are equipped with projectors which makes the learning easier. Every class, lab, and even the library has AC facility so you'll always be comfortable while studying. The library is very useful and it has wide collection of books and digital library is also available. The campus has labs, seminar halls, auditorium, etc. The canteens are also available and the prices are a little high but it provides variety of food. The College provides sports facilities and medical room are available as well. My favorite place is the library because of the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, the infrastructure really supports both academics and overall student experience.

Campus life here is really fun with fests, cultural events, and student clubs. These things balance out studies and give us some of the best memories. Every year famous singers and actors come for events and the Navratri is celebrated. Personally, I really enjoyed being a part of different events and making friends here. My only small regret is that I didn't take admission in B.Sc because then I would have had more time to participate in more events and enjoy the campus life to the fullest. The infrastructure is really great as Somaiya has the best campus and also the building is good. In recent years, it has also started providing with newer technology, ACs, also new library and seminar hall. It has improved a lot in 3 years and keeps on improving day by day.

The campus life is really great. It has a big campus and you can multiple groups of people doing different activities, in which you can also participate. They organize biggest sports facilities in whole Mumbai.Read Full Review
