A Sincere review on Rajkiya Engineering College

Overall Rating
I'm currently a second year student at Rajkiya Engineering College, Banda. Overall, my experience has been great since last year. I got this college as per my rank and it's a nice college. I suggest my juniors to choose this college because here they will get a good environment for overall development including academic, skills and sports.
 

Academics Rating
So about academics, I would say overall great. In my college, there are only three branches Information Technology, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. To getting admission in this Engineering college, one should participate in joint Entrance Exam JEE preceded by appearing in the counseling named UPTAC (AKTU). Candidates will get colleges according to their rank basis. If someone is enrolling in this program in my college one should have to be confident that he or she will do hard work, to grind so that they reach at their goal.
 

Faculty Rating
All faculties as highly qualified and they have a great experience. All faculties are from IIT and NIT. Some of them are from IISc (Indian Institute of Science) itself. They teach with full dedication and teaching style is just understandable. I personally like my HOD of Electrical Engineering. He teaches us Electrical Instrumentation.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, there is a placement cell in my college and I'm member of this cell.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, there are hostel facilities in the college. Some of the students are residing in the college hostels while others are localite.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus is overall good. There are three main blocks (in academics). Infrastructure is excellent. All the classes and labs are air conditioned. Library is of high-quality as all books are available there including books of exams like GATE and other government exams. One study room is also available where you can study without disturbance and it opens everyday even in weekends.
 

Campus Rating
Overall it's a nice campus life. There are many clubs to participate such as Cultural, Sports (Indoor And Outdoor), Coding, IoT, MDAC, and IEEE Family. I joined Cultural, Coding, IoT, IEEE And Basketball (in sports), which is my favorite. There is an annual fest named ‘Avatar’, Cultural Fest named ‘Swagat Akansh’ it and many more for the entertainment of the students.

    It is a good college having great campus and infrastructure. Faculty and seniors are doing their best to improve our course in college. I am here a second year student and if I face any issue I directly go to my senior and they help us whatever they can do.     REC Banda has good percentage of placements approx 90% of the student got placed. Some of the students are placed in the well known companies. The overall infrastructure of the college is also good. In the hostel life student can develop the personality and can grow up for the environment of their future.... Read Full Review

    REC Banda is in Atarra, Uttar Pradesh, it is near the market you will not face any problem in buying useful goods, you can easily find auto outside the campus.
