This college is a complete package of education, infrastructure, and environment. It is a physiotherapy college combined with medical college with attached 1000 bed hospital in the campus itself. During the course you will witness exposure to numerous types of patients. Staff is very cooperative and talented. Hostel Life here is more promising with a very homely environment.

This course is Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) providing you a professional undergraduate course of four years with six months of internship. Entry requirements are qualification in NEET exam and 40+ marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 12th exam. This course will make you a physiotherapist; you will be called a doctor. After this course you can either practice as physiotherapist in a hospital or you can practice in your own clinic, other opportunities are working in rehab centers, become a professor, sports physiotherapist of state or national team.

This college has intake of 40 students per batch. They are taught by 12 professors who are masters of their field. These 12 professors are only for teaching physiotherapy subjects, rest of Medical subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Microbiology, Surgery, and Medicine are taught by the Medical faculties. Method of teaching here is more practical than of theory. Since your 1st year you are taught how to do massage, yoga, and exercises. And this continues throughout the course hence making it more interesting to learn. You are exposed to patients from your 2nd year itself. Where you will be asked to ask the history and to observe your seniors. In 3rd year you are taught to diagnose the case using different observation, palpation, and examination also by performing special tests. And in the final year you are taught about managing the case by exercises, manipulation, mobilization, stretching, strengthening and different rehab techniques. All the faculties are observing and teaching you during the clinical postings.

Proud to say that this is the only physiotherapy college in Maharashtra where campus placements are held. Since last 4 years this college has started with campus placements. Teams of best rehab centers visit here for the interviews, last year one rehab and child rehab center these both teams had visited and 8 students from 15 participants were selected for the jobs. Mainly these placements works at tertiary level of health care by working in collaboration with hospitals and sports club where physiotherapy is the art of making life more functional. Average salary per annum is 4-5 lakh rupees. This varies upon location, experience and results of practice.

Yes, this institute does have hostel in the campus itself. There are different buildings for boys, girls and staff with 24 hours of security guards and cameras. They provide room system where 2 students are living in one room. College provides bed, table, and chairs. Each floor has 8 rooms and 4 bathrooms and toilets. Means 1 bathroom and toilet for 4 people. Other than that hostel has a mess just below the hostel building. Mess provides vegetarian food including breakfast, lunch, tea/coffee and dinner. Near to the hostel there is a sports ground, gym with different timings for boys and girls. And hostel celebrates all the occasions together. Hostel has its own anti-ragging cell.

This campus is beautifully designed and well organised. It consists of separate college building of 3 floors with adequate space to each department. All the departments include seminar halls, departmental library and practical halls and staffroom. Hospital building is just at walking distance from the college. Hospital building is of 4 floors including a casualty area, with red yellow and green zones, all the departments have their specific OPD and IPD. Physiotherapy has it separate OPD with 12 beds and along with it we have 5 departmental physiotherapy OPDs like Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy OPD, Neuro Physiotherapy OPD, Cardiovascular Physiotherapy OPD, Community Physiotherapy OPD and Pediatric Physiotherapy OPD. Other than this we have sports ground, cricket turf, basketball court, hostel buildings and canteen. And importantly all of these buildings are connected by a single ring road.

Campus Life here is questionable because it depends on you. Because there is no compulsion for anything you are the decision maker of yourself here. Due to the limited number of intake capacity there is no rush for anything. This campus is situated away from the noise of city but still have mall and restaurants nearby so it is very homely. Our college organizes annual cultural and sport events and students participate in it willingly and it is extremely fun. After our busy postings and lectures we relax by playing sports like cricket, football, basketball, athletics, lawn tennis, badminton.
