So, I joined this college thinking it would be a game changer for me, in one word college is average, but it turned out to be mix of good and okay experiences. Infra wise, the place is quite decent, we have well- maintained buildings, air-conditioned classrooms and a big library (open Monday to Friday 9-5 pm). While the facilities are great, there's still room for improvement in every areas. The teachers are friendly and supportive, which can be a reason I decided to study here. All in All, it's decent but leaning towards average.

In terms of academics, there are plenty of courses to choose from. The curriculum is designed in a way that you get hands-on experience, which is nice. I chose B.Tech because it had this nice balance of theory and practical work. The intake is based on 12th marks and JEE scores wherein they also give you scholarship if you have 80% + in boards. Seats are around 300+ so they take lots of students these days. Resources are limited so choose wisely. They do provide reservation benefits for those who need it which is a plus.

Now, talking about faculty, they’re quite good, honestly. Each professor brings their own unique style of teaching. Some are strict while others are cool. They are well-educated and approachable, which makes learning easier. But like anywhere else, some teachers stand out more than others in terms of how they deliver lectures and interact with students. Overall, the faculty does a good job.

Placement is highly volatile, I mean college does try its best. From the 7th semester onwards, placement drives start, and we had companies like Infosys, TCS, Cognizant etc., visit the campus. Some student bagged package up to 12 LPA, which is a great deal if you ask me. However, placements aren't guaranteed for everyone and around 50-55% of students get placed. Many students take this off-campus with their own research. So, it's average and nothing extraordinary.

The hostel facilities here are pretty decent. Each room comes with basic amenities like a bed, table, chair and an attached washroom. We even have a small balcony with every room, which is a nice touch. The food is ok nothing to write home about, but it does have different menu for everyday so you won't get bored. The hostel doesn’t have WiFi on every floor. Overall hostel is functional and gets it job done without being fancy.

The campus is well-built with modern building, well ventilated classrooms, and an awesome library that has a wide range of books and journals. There's a dedicated study center and a canteen, 3 shops and 1 shop in hostel (only opens in night time) where students can hang out. The infrastructure is one of the best parts of the college, no doubt. We also have lots of space for recreational activities, which adds to the overall vibe. Campus also offers a cricket ground, indoor stadium, basketball court, badminton court, and a large size auditorium.

Campus life is pretty active here. There are not many clubs but things happen frequently such as mini events, workshops, meet-up, etc. You can join based on your interests, whether you are into cultural activity, sports, or technical fests, there's always something happening on campus. We even have sports events and extracurricular activities that keep the place buzzing. The college organises fests where at times popular celebs come to perform. Sometimes there can be boot-camp sometimes fests, its a loop. Campus life definitely adds some fun in hectic engineering life and it adds some fun to overall experience.
