BCIIT: memories to cherish for life.

Overall Rating
Hey, I would like to say that Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute has a very homely atmosphere. Faculty members are extremely drawn towards every student's success. They teach the basics and treat their students like their own. Apart from studies we also have co-curricular activities. The Institute had different clubs depending on various interests. Teachers participated in forming those clubs and were a part of them as much as the students.
 

Academics Rating
They have MCA course in their Institute. The Syllabus of GGSIPU was followed. I was allotted this Institute during IP counseling. Entry requirement was to score good rank in NIMCET (exam to get admission in MCA Institutes). Another exam on the basis of which the candidates were selected was IPUCET (IP University Entrance Exam Test). Motive for enrolling in this program was to acquire new skills in the area I am interested. Also setting up myself with industry standards.
 

Faculty Rating
As I already mentioned, faculty members were humble, polite and extremely helpful. I would like to mention Mrs. Taneja Ma’am who was the most talented teacher if we talk about making students understand the basics of DSA (Data Structure Algorithms). Secondly, Mrs. Smriti Sharma Ma’am was one of the best teachers who made AI easy. She was interested in events club.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we had a placement cell. The cell was really helpful for us. Students got the idea of how to build their resume keeping in mind ATS system. Because of the demand of online interviews in those days.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, they also have residential facilities for students but I used to travel through metro. I would not be right person to talk to about this as I myself haven’t experienced hostel life.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus was really big. It has a big garden to play cricket, volleyball and other sports. We also played badminton in badminton court. We had a common room where we used to rehearse singing and do farewell preparations. Also, it has a TT table in the common room. Conference room for taking interviews was also present. It had a huge library too where we could issue books.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life here at BCIIT will be a memorable thing for you. Crowd of this Institute is friendly in nature and is not problematic at all. They came once to play guitar and also played a song. We liked them and we threw a farewell party for them. Engagement activities were nukkad natak, treasure hunt game, coding competition and self defense training by Delhi Police(DP).
