Aditi Mahavidyalaya is a women's college under DU. It is located at Auchandi Road, Bawana, New Delhi, India. It was established in 1994 as an institution of higher education. The college is known for its B.EL.ED course. I have unique experience in this college. This college is good in studies however students here have to travel a lot because it is near Haryana border. The faculty is very good.

There are seven courses offered in Aditi Mahavidyalaya. I am pursuing B.El.Ed. This is a four-year specialized course that prepares students for a career as an elementary school teacher. There is an annual exam in B.El.Ed. We get to have different experiences like school contact program, block teaching and an internship in final year. I got in this college through CUET. Eligibility: Completing class 12th from a recognized board and achieving minimum 50% marks along with English as a compulsory subject.

The faculty recruited in B.El.Ed department is very good. Teachers provide us material, refer us books and also give us online material. There are highly educated teachers. There are guest teachers also for practical and other activities. Teachers have completed their PhD and method of teaching is very good. Rather than focusing over theoretical knowledge, they try to make us understand how to teach kids in an interesting manner along with making us socially prepared and self confident.

The infrastructure of the college is fine. There are two grounds, where one is dedicated for sports and the other functions and other activities. There are offices for non-teaching staff. We have different blocks with names like Kuber Block. In college, there are three buildings. There is a separate building for B.EL.ED students. The college also has a nice auditorium with AC, furniture and a screen. We have two libraries and curriculum lab.

There are not many fests in the college but activities like drawing competition, Rangoli competition and many more do happen from time to time. Student union elections are also held every year in the college. Freshers and farewell are held from time to time. Seminars are also conducted. There are different societies in the college like art, dancing etc. NCC is also organized in the college.
