My overall experience at this university was as good as it is among top five veterinary institutions in the country and I am so grateful to study here and grabbing all the opportunities this university gave me. Apart from academic growth, my university also helped me to build a personality and gave a good knowledge. The facilities and opportunities here are enough to sharpen a person’s mindset for further career growth in his life.

Our university provides us excellent academic growth. The first to fourth year subjects are excellently taught over here with a deep practical knowledge provided in their practical classes conducted after theory classes. The entry requirements depend on various factors like from which quota one is taking admission. Commonly the score card and the personal documents are enough to get admission here after going through the counseling process. Person who is above 17 years of age is eligible even if he/ she is from other state or country. The motive for enrolling here is not just to get a degree but to make a bright future in this field by grabbing a good knowledge provided here by the faculty and engaging and participating in other opportunities as well.

The faculty in this university is literally the masters of their subjects and the lectures are delivered meticulously and professionally. The way of teaching is so specific so as to deliver the knowledge of those heavy subjects directly into the student's brain and it becomes easy for understanding for everyone. The first to fourth year subjects need a keen practical knowledge as well which are taught in a punctilious manner by the teachers and faculty. Commonly the teachers come from local and speak English and Kannada and some basic Hindi as well. Their style of teaching suits everyone which also helps a lot during our exams.

The placement cell of our university helps to provide better job facilities to students studying over this place and helps the students to get what they deserve. It also provides a doorway to big opportunities in life and boosts the career growth.

Yes we have hostel facilities for boys, girls and NRI candidates. The hostel life is one among the most memorable days in a person's life and it becomes more special when we have a good batch of friends accompanying us throughout the year. The facilities they provide include hostel mess, gym room, table tennis room, TV room, washroom and toilets separately, garden, a pathway for walking, 2 blocks, and a good cleaning facility. The infrastructure is good and one can really relate to it as his home. Hostel recreational activities have a wide range of facilities including a feast day at the end of every month. The. Overall the hostel life is enjoyable here.

The campus of this university is spread across acres which includes many farms and hostels and various other departments. The infrastructure of this university is very good with each department having its own office and labs including classes for first to fourth year. The veterinary hospital over here serves hundreds of patient’s everyday and helps the students to have a good knowledge on handling practical cases. The auditorium, gardens and other eating places are a must visit here.

The university campus life is one of the most memorable days in a student's life. People here come from all backgrounds which give a great diversity to this place and help the students to interact with people of different regions, states and also countries. The conduction of various programs like ethnic day, hostel day, university day, fresher's day, etc. give a wide range of opportunities. Also the youth fest conducted every year serves this purpose. The sports facilities are to be appreciated as well as the sports tournaments conducted give many opportunities to the students to excel in life. So the overall campus life is too good here and is highly recommended to everyone who wishes to take admission here.
